Elizabeth Cizinsky is one of our business consultants and facilitators at RAYNE IX and leads our Intrapreneur Training Program. She helps businesses streamline operations, increase community impact, connect with the right resources, and build strong leaders and intrapreneurs. Elizabeth spent nearly a decade building and hosting business accelerator cohorts, graduating 300 companies, resulting in explosive revenue growth and hundreds of new hires. She is dedicated to creating a more economically just society where all, especially women, can flourish and thrive.
In her free time, Elizabeth is often chasing around her two beautiful daughters or starting her next DIY project with her husband.

Elizabeth is a whiz at Soduko and Uno (yes, she’s a number nerd)
Elizabeth was a Zoo Camp Counselor and is very good at walking backwards, while counting children and spewing outdated facts about the Milwaukee County Zoo
She has very strong feelings about fruit salad.
