Meet Melissa

Melissa Hoppe is the Operations Manager at RAYNE IX. She has helped run large organizations for close to a decade and is excited to bring her mad organizational skills to the RIX Team. Melissa helps keep RIX engines running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys playing with her three kids, and occasionally finds time for some gardening and indulging in binging on BRAVO television shows.

Skin care. If it exfoliates, moisturizes, or gives any sort of glow, she is so IN.
Organization and planning. There’s nothing more beautiful than a well-organized calendar (except maybe a well-organized to-do list).

FUN FACTS:

Melissa named her three kids after one of the world’s most-perfect sandwiches: B.L.T.

Melissa used to have an office overlooking Lake Michigan at the Music Department at Northwestern University and misses the view every day.

When Melissa retires, she wants to spend time picking up garbage by the side of the road or on beaches because she thinks about how there’s too much garbage a lot (like, a lot).
