1. Assess & Evaluate: $5k

First things first, let’s see whatcha working with. Whether you’re building to sell or you’re ready to burn it down, there’s a 90% chance that you’ve built something of value here. So before you strike the match, let’s connect and see what you’ve built and then we can make moves from there.

In this initial 4-weeks, we’ll cover:

2. Create Space & Quick Wins ($6k/month) 

When you’re in the process of thinking through the future, it takes up a lot of mental and emotional space. So before we dive into detailed future planning, we want to take a moment to define success for you as a human being and then find the opportunity for a few quick wins – mentally, emotionally, and financially –  to create space for you to think more clearly.

This 14-week phase includes:

  • 3-Hour Defining Success & Goal Setting Workshop
  • 2-Hour Business Fundamentals Workshop
  • Financial, Team Responsibility & Profitability Homework
  • 2-Hour Creating Space & 60/90-Day Quick Wins Workshop
  • Monthly Coaching/Check-ins (2-3)
  • Unlimited Access via Slack Channel & Laser Coaching

3. Map it Out  ($6k/month)

This is where we’ll identify where you want to go and create the roadmap to make it happen. If you know you’re not done working after this exit, we’ll identify how to help you package you’re intellectual property and prepare to launch a boutique consultancy. If you’re done, let’s get you outta there.

This 4-8 week strategic planning phase includes:

  • 2-Hour Vision & Audience Workshop (New Venture – Optional)
  • Audience Research (New Venture – Optional)
  • 1-2 Day In-Person Strategic Planning Workshop
  • Updated Valuation
  • 1-Hour Updated Valuation Review Workshop
  • Unlimited Access via Slack Channel & Laser Coaching

4. Execute ($1.5k+/month)

We’ll work together in 90-day sprints to implement the value creation and exit transition roadmap we’ve created together. This will vary depending on when you’re ready to list and start working directly with your full blown exit planning team (which we will help you assemble and manage if you don’t already have people in place).

These 90-day sprints can include:
