2. Streamline
When you’re in the process of thinking through the future, it takes up a lot of mental and emotional space. So before we dive into detailed future planning, we want to take a moment to define success for you as a human being and then find the opportunity for a few quick wins – mentally, emotionally, and financially – to create space for you to think more clearly.
This 16-week phase includes:
- 3-Hour Defining Success & Goal Setting Workshop
- Financial, Team Responsibility & Profitability Homework
- 2-Hour Business Fundamentals Workshop
- 2-Hour Creating Space & 90-Day Quick Wins Workshop
- Monthly Coaching/Check-ins (2-3)

3. Strategize
This is where we’ll identify where you want to go and create the roadmap to make it happen. If you know you’re not done working after this exit, we’ll identify how to help you package you’re intellectual property and prepare to launch a boutique consultancy. If you’re done, let’s get you outta there.
This 8 week strategic planning phase includes:
- 1 Day In-Person Strategic Planning Workshop
- Updated Valuation
- 1-Hour Updated Valuation Review Workshop
- Unlimited Access via Slack Channel & Laser Coaching
4. Execute
We’ll work together in 90-day sprints to implement the value creation and exit transition roadmap we’ve created together. This will vary depending on when you’re ready to list and start working directly with your full blown exit planning team (which we will help you assemble and manage if you don’t already have people in place).
These 90-day sprints can include:
- Quarterly Transition Workshops

5. Transfer
Once we get you to a place where you’re feeling confident in moving forward, we’ll begin the transfer process. This can look like a number of things. If you’re ready to sell, we’ll transfer you over to your business broker to take you across the finish line. If you’re shutting down and starting your next venture, we can support you in that transfer as well. Whatever path your journey takes you, that’s your transfer: from your current state to your next chapter.
