The R.E.A.L. Confidence™ Workshop

April 3, 2026 | 9AM-1PM

@ Ward4 Coworking, Milwaukee, WI

Why work when you can play? In this half-day workshop, participants will learn improv skills and how to leverage them in building confidence to tackle imposter syndrome whenever it shows up. They will also learn to shift their mindset from fearing imposter syndrome to embracing it.

This workshop is co-hosted with Kate Carter, of Kate Carter Coaching, and together, Kate and Kiley will guide attendees to:

Adopt a fresh lens on imposter syndrome
Embody The R.E.A.L. Confidence™ Framework
Embrace improv as a leadership accelerator
Contribute to and participate in a safe and vulnerable space

The workshop will be from 9am-12pm with lunch and open networking from 12pm – 1pm. Attendees should plan to arrive by 8:45am if possible!
