The Valuable Agency™ Cohort is designed for women agency owners with $1M–$3M in annual revenue who aren’t yet ready for 1:1 advisory — but are absolutely ready to do the work. You’ve built something real. Now you want to understand what drives its value, close the gaps, and make sure that when the time comes — whether that’s a sale, an acquisition, or simply stepping back — you’re ready.

This is intimate cohort to ensure each participant receives the attention she needs. That said, this cohort is limited to 6-8 participants.

 
THE PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

One year to do what most never will.

Every session is built on The Valuable Operating System™ — the same seven-driver methodology that runs through every value creation engagement.

You’ll assess where you stand across all seven drivers at the start of the cohort, build systematically through each one over twelve months, and score yourself again at the close.

We’ll do a deep dive on the following nine modules:

  • Orientation & Your Baseline Score: Whatcha Working With

    You'll complete your baseline self-assessment across all seven value drivers before session one. The cohort opens with a full debrief — where each driver stands, what's already strong, and what the gaps are telling you. This score is the benchmark everything else is measured against.

  • Perspective: Get Your Head on Straight

    Founder mindset, identity, values, vision, and the owner's role. We start here because a business with a clear identity and reduced founder dependency commands a higher multiple — and because the mindset work is what makes everything else possible. Includes the REAL Confidence™ framework.

  • Profits: Know The Numbers That Count

    Revenue history, gross margin, EBITDA, client concentration, and cash flow. You'll leave with a live financial dashboard and a clear picture of what your numbers actually say — and what they'd say to a buyer.

  • Positioning & Productization: Make it Memorable

    Market positioning, niche, offer design, service packaging, and scalable delivery. Why do clients choose you — and can that answer survive without you in the room?

  • Planning & Projections: Future Forecasting

    Strategic planning cadence, org design, budgeting, forecasting, and tax strategy. Strategy is the engine that compounds every other driver — this module makes sure yours is built to run without you at the center.

  • Pipeline: Lead Generation Without You

    Revenue model, recurring revenue, sales process, and marketing engine. How predictable is your growth — and how much of it depends on you personally showing up to close it?

  • People: Building a Leadership Team That Doesn't Need You

    Leadership philosophy, the CLEAR Leadership OS™, culture, succession planning, and the people infrastructure that makes your team a buyer asset rather than a buyer risk.

  • Process: Build a Well-Oiled Machine

    SOPs, tech stack, KPIs, automation, and client experience design. A documented, transferable business is worth more than an identical undocumented one. This module closes that gap.

  • Assets, IP & Compounding Value: Ain't Nothing Sexier

    Your client list, proprietary systems, methodologies, network, and reputation — seen clearly as balance sheet assets. Most founders dramatically undervalue what they've built because they've never been taught to see it this way.

  • Valuation & Exit Readiness: It's Go Time

    Your final composite score across all seven drivers. A direct comparison to where you started. Your three-to-five highest-leverage levers from here. Not a graduation — a launch pad.
