DEFINING SUCCESS 1-DAY WORKSHOPS

WARD4 | MILWAUKEE | JUNE 1ST

It's time to Define + Align.

If you’re sick of your corporate job and ready to make the leap into entrepreneurship, this workshop is for you. If you’re ready to scale down or scale up and trying to figure out which way is north, this workshop is for you.

I’ve brought in millions for my agency over the past six years. We’ve won international awards. We’ve implemented robust benefits programs. We made it through 2020 and were able to give bonuses. But in 2021, I crashed. I burned out hard. It took about nine months to fully implode, but it happened and it was ugly.

And you know why? Because I was chasing someone else’s definition of success. I hadn’t taken the time to define success for myself. I wasn’t being intentional with my time and energy.

If this resonates with you in any way, shape, or form, I hope you join us for this full-day, intensive, in-person workshop on Defining Success for Women. All too often, we hop right into what success looks like for the business and we forget about ourselves as owners. But we’re the most important element to laying a solid foundation for success. And that can be defined in a number of ways and the only one that matters is what you decide is right for you. You can’t be set up for real success with your business until you’re clear on what success looks like for you first. Trust me. I learned the hard way.

To address this, I’ve built a framework I call the D+A of Success, the Definition and Alignment of Success. The first half of this framework focuses on the owner, the second on the business. In this workshop, we’ll be getting really clear on defining success for the owner and if you’re interested in pursuing the business workshop, we’re happy to discuss!

Please note, this workshop is open to all women. You do NOT have to be an entrepreneur/business owner.

  • Create a roadmap of benchmarks, habits to be formed, and necessary resources and timelines to achieve those goals/experiences.

"This workshop posed all the questions I should have asked myself a long time ago. Most insightful was answering the questions about what brings me energy and what depletes my energy, it helped to shape my approach for my life and my business."

FAQS

Is this workshop for me?

Maybe!?

If you are either a badass executive currently working in corporate and are sick of the mansplaining and corporate BS and are ready to start your own thing but don't know where to look for the "how to run a business" piece of starting a small business, yes. This is exactly where you need to be.

If you are a service-based woman small business owner who is struggle city right now, yes. If you're stuck in a rut, miserable, feeling lost, misaligned, something isn't right, and you know you have to fix it but you don't know what "it" is. Yes, girl. Come hang out with us. We'll help ya out.

Also, if you identify as a woman and you're just stuck. Please come. This is for you. You don't have to be thinking about starting a business, you don't have to be an owner. If you're just stuck. Join us.

Who is this workshop NOT for?

Glad you asked! We want to make sure we are super clear that this workshop is not for everyone. Below are a few circumstances (not exhaustive) in which this workshop would be considered NOT to be a good fit. This workshop is NOT a good fit for anyone who is not interested in exploring vulnerability, doing deeply personal work, supporting a safe and judgmental-free zone for all participants, or who are 100% happy/satisfied in their personal and professional lives!

Are there payment options?

Yes! Our default is a one-time payment, which you can pay via credit card, but if you need another setup, just shoot us an email and we'll work it out with you. For the quickest response, email erin@rayneix.com with your billing question and we'll figure something out for you!

Where is it?

We've decided to support local - local to us at least! All of our workshops will be held in downtown Milwaukee. It's a really easy Uber ride from the airport, only about an hour drive from Madison and about 90 minute drive from Chicago.

We'll be Ward4, located in the John Pritzlaff Hardware Company Building.

Where would I fly/train into?

Easy peasy. Fly into General Mitchell Airport (MKE) or take the Amtrak into the Downtown Milwaukee Station. It's about a 15-minute Uber from the airport and about 5 minutes from the train station.

Is there parking?

For parking: there is metered street parking around the building on Plankinton Avenue and St. Paul Avenue. On St. Paul Avenue and 3rd street just past Warehouse lofts there is a surface parking lot that charges $4.00 for all day parking. It is about a 2 minute walk to the building.

Directions into the building: To enter the building you will enter around the back of the building off of St. Paul Avenue. Walk up the cobble brick driveway between our 2 buildings. Enter through doors 313 into the main lobby. (There will be a big wooden sign for Miss Ruby) Once you are in the main lobby take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk straight ahead down the hallway to suite #207, the big open doorway.

What about food?

Giiiiirl, we got you.

Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served along with happy hour after the workshop.

Can I be a sponsor?

We're so glad you asked! We have a number of sponsorships available and would love to discuss them with you! Please email us at hello@rayneix.com and we'll find a time to chat! This is a great opportunity to get in front of an intimate group of dedicated women business owners. Don't miss out here!

Do I need to be a business owner to attend?

Nope.

This is for any woman who feels stuck and is unclear about what they want. Many of our participants are small business owners or new entrepreneurs, but this workshop is designed to be of value for any woman who is seeking clarity on who they are, why they're here, and what they want.

Can I request a refund?

We will not be able to offer refunds for those who have attended. If you find you cannot attend and would like to transfer your registration to another date, please notify us at least two weeks in advance and we're happy to do our best to accommodate you.

If you're interested in being a sponsor for one or more of our Defining Success Workshop Series in 2023, grab a time here to connect! If you have immediate questions, shoot us an email at hello@rayneix.com. We have a few opportunities available for you to share your brand with these amazing women entrepreneurs!
