This single day workshop is a condensed version of our three-day workshop. The first half will cover defining success for each individual in the room and the second half will cover business strategy and how to ensure it is aligned with their personal definition of success to ensure they find greater fulfillment in the work they do.

PART 1
DEFINING SUCCESS

  • Clarify what success means to the individual.
  • Identify who they are meant to serve.
  • Discover unique strengths and value they can leverage in their work.
  • Identify how to delegate to appropriate team members.
  • Define team member’s goals or desired experiences personally, financially, and professionally.
  • Build a roadmap of benchmarks, resources and timelines needed to achieve those goals/experiences.

PART 2
ALIGNING BUSINESS STRATEGY

  • Identify the people you serve, the problems they have/aspirations they’re seeking and their customer journey.
  • Clearly state how you solve their problems/help them achieve their aspirations.
  • Create a list of strategic partners unique to their audience and book of business.
  • Map out the next 6-12 months of key strategic initiatives for achieving their business goals.
  • Identify your core differentiator to apply to all marketing materials.
  • Gain a greater understanding of the financials in running their book of business.

Our corporate workshops start at $20k.
Discounts are available for groups of 24 or more.

This includes an initial 90-minute discovery call to understand the nuances of your business, a full single day workshop with catered breakfast, lunch, two facilitators, worksheets, and access to relevant slide decks and spreadsheets.

Having personally counseled hundreds of small businesses on operations, business development, digital marketing, and consumer behavior analysis over the last 17 years Kiley is incredibly passionate about serving small business owners.

Amanda Nowak is one of our business coaches and consultants at RAYNE IX. She has over a decade of business ownership experience, scaling her business to over a million in revenue while managing a growing team. We’re excited to have her expertise to share with our clients as we help them navigate entrepreneurship. FAQs

What's the ideal participant size for this workshop?

An ideal size for this workshop is 20-30 women. However, we can accommodate up to 50 attendees if you have the space to do so!

What space do we as the organization need to provide?

Depending on the size of your attendees, we recommend the space has tables and chairs for attendees to be able to write and have a little space to breathe. It's also a good idea to include extension cords. We will provide all materials and cater breakfast and lunch.
