  • Financial Definitions and Acronyms 101, because it’s easier (and frankly, pretty fun!) for us to work with our numbers once we know how to talk about them
  • How to identify your financial projection levers–revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and estimated taxes–to give you an idea of where your business stands financially
  • How to take your financial projections and use them to power your sales KPIs

What do I need to prepare for this workshop?

Great question you overachiever, you! Do your best to gather your expenses for running your business. If you have a general idea of how much you spend in specific categories, if not, no worries, we'll work through it together.

Also bring to the table the offerings you sell, their respective price points, and the cost of goods sold (COGS) required to sell those things.

You'll have time during this workshop to get your spreadsheet and projections mapped out. At the end of this time, you will understand how to build a more profitable business in the next 12-months. Pinky promise.
