Kiley Peters is the founder of RAYNE IX. She is a serial entrepreneur, executive coach, and small business consultant. Having personally counseled hundreds of small businesses on operations, business development, digital marketing, and consumer behavior analysis over the last 17 years Kiley is incredibly passionate about serving small business owners.



Nesha Pai is the founder of Pai CPA, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from NC State University and has held her CPA license since 1996, after passing her first attempt at the exam as a senior. She began her career and cultivated her passion for helping businesses within the world-renowned accounting firm Arthur Andersen, and later within multiple, privately held Fortune 500 companies. She realized she had a strong pull towards the small business and entrepreneurial sector.


Dawn Hryshko has over 30 years of experience providing tax and consulting services to publicly traded, privately held, and family-owned businesses. She has extensive experience and a passion for real estate ventures, which became her specialty. Dawn founded her boutique consulting firm in 2006. She partners with clients on sophisticated financial strategies and personalized growth and advisory services.


Lisa Proeber is an innovative sales leader and business development strategist who is determined to change the mindset that sales is a dirty word. With almost 20 years under her belt shattering sales goals for companies ranging from small family businesses to giant S&P 500 corporations, she knows what it takes to increase revenue.
