05:07 – When I started focusing on changing my mindset and forcing myself to say nice things to myself, that's when I saw a huge change in my body and a huge change in my life.

13:14 – I felt like I really had to keep those two parts separate because I wanted people to think of me as a comedian not as a trainer.

19:07 – It works if you keep coming back to it so whatever makes you come back to it then go to that. My shit-talking gets you through the class and keeps you coming back for more. Then it's going to work.

29:33 – I'm not saying I'm perfect all the time but for me, it is so good to help other women and to help them feel stronger and hotter and more successful.
