Welcome To Eloma Episode 50: Launching The 100 Collective with Kiley Peters

“We’ve built the 100 Collective to be a public facing national directory of and membership for women-owned small businesses looking to find, hire, and network with other women just like them,” explains host Kiley Peters, founder and CEO of RAYNE IX and founder of The 100 Collective. Today, Kiley shares more information about the mission of The 100 Collective and how you can get involved.

The 100 Collective just celebrated its beta launch on February 13th, 2023, so now is the perfect time to get in on the ground floor. The mission of The 100 Collective is to be a place where all women identifying entrepreneurs can access resources and empower one another to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. This is meant to be a safe space, with a zero tolerance policy for catty, judgemental behaviors. There are 4 membership tiers that each offer a different level of benefits, with more features to be rolled out in the coming months. In the interest of accessibility, the first membership tier, which just includes a listing in the public facing directory, is available for free to qualified women business owners.

Society has been holding women back for long enough. The 100 Collective is working to give women business owners the space, support, and resources they need to empower themselves and one another. Because when women are empowered, they can change the world.

Highlights:

  • “We’ve built the 100 Collective to be a public facing national directory of and membership for women-owned small businesses looking to find, hire, and network with other women just like them.” (0:55-1:10 | Kiley)
  • “If you’re interested in being part of that group and judging women for how they look, or how they show up, and then talking sh*t about them behind their back, I welcome you to join any other group that’s not the 100 Collective because that’s not tolerated here.” (4:20-4:39 | Kiley)
  • “We’ve been operating in a space of scarcity mindset, and some of us victim mindset, and I really want to encourage everyone to adopt an abundance mindset.” (8:59-9:13 | Kiley)
  • “Society has told us for ages that there’s only so much room in the world for women. BS, right? There’s enough room here for everybody.” (9:15-9:25 | Kiley)
